Les Guitares á Moustache

From whence the black once descended, I shall return.
Hello
Friends, brothers, comrades in arms.
Firstly, an update:
I was working at a guitar store for a while. I think I was making myself enjoy it, because you know, its a guitar store, what's not to love? But ultimately, it was a retail job, no different then any other. My boss, was kind of a curmudgeon, changing his mind from one moment to the next about protocol as so forth. So on August 26th suffice to say we parted ways. However, working there gave me some good connections and I am still friends with the staff just happy I don't work there anymore.
I also met a gentleman named Matt while working there from Reno. He is 39, played gypsy jazz professionally for many years while in Reno and then moved to Los Gatos, but after living here for only one month, him and his wife flipped over on 17 and he screwed up a lot of the nerves in his right hand and part of his skull. All just cosmetic but still labor intensive in the physical therapy side. So, the accident was 8 months ago, roughly, so he has been getting back into guitar, shaping up his strumming hand again and I have been gleaning a lot from him. I have been playing rhythm guitar to his solo guitar and we are currently trying to set up some shows in the san jose area.
That bring me to my next point. Jessica Marshall is currently opening a new coffee shop up in Campbell, on Bascom near Whole Foods and she needs art, so if you guys have some stuff you want to get out in the world, we can do that. Also, Matt and I are trying to figure out if playing shows there is feasible, which will hopefully pan out, since to acoustic guitars don't take up much space.
That brings me to the present.
Currently trying to find a new job (I have an interview tomorrow at a tshirt design company in Mountain View tomorrow which will hopefully go well), and playing a lot of guitar.
I hope all of you are well, and I miss you and I know I have been less then available as of late.
